DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Research and pursue new business opportunities
- Identify clients’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and promptly
- Prospect for new clients and ensure client satisfaction
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc. Business Administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in relationship management/customer service
