DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities
  • Identify clients’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and promptly
  • Prospect for new clients and ensure client satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
  • Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • B.Sc. Business Administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in relationship management/customer service
