DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and enhance databases and reporting structures to support financial and operational decision-making
- Monitor platform performance and log metrics for decision support
- Provide end-to-end user and platform support for internal systems
- Maintain access control logs, support regular system audits, and participate in DR/backup reviews.
- Coordinate version control and patch management for key systems
- Prepare periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering KPIs, risk metrics, financial summaries, and departmental scorecards
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across systems through regular audits and validation processes
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes, data flow, and system usage to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Work closely with relevant units to maintain data integrity and accuracy and with finance team to ensure alignment of data inputs and outputs
- Support, upgrade, and troubleshooting of software, productivity tools or ERP systems relevant to finance operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and personnel data.
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation (Optional but advantageous)
- Familiarity with financial systems, ERP software, or data analysis tools.
EXPERIENCE
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, data analysis, or reporting roles, preferably within a financial services, banking, or investment environment.
- Proven experience in working with large datasets, generating management reports, and using tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
