DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and enhance databases and reporting structures to support financial and operational decision-making
  • Monitor platform performance and log metrics for decision support
  • Provide end-to-end user and platform support for internal systems
  • Maintain access control logs, support regular system audits, and participate in DR/backup reviews.
  • Coordinate version control and patch management for key systems
  • Prepare periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering KPIs, risk metrics, financial summaries, and departmental scorecards
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across systems through regular audits and validation processes
  • Recommend improvements to reporting processes, data flow, and system usage to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
  • Work closely with relevant units to maintain data integrity and accuracy and with finance team to ensure alignment of data inputs and outputs
  • Support, upgrade, and troubleshooting of software, productivity tools or ERP systems relevant to finance operations
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and personnel data.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation (Optional but advantageous)
  • Familiarity with financial systems, ERP software, or data analysis tools.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, data analysis, or reporting roles, preferably within a financial services, banking, or investment environment.
  • Proven experience in working with large datasets, generating management reports, and using tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
