Forte Oil Plc through its Core Investor, Ignite Investments and Commodities Ltd makes a mandatory take-over offer of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) ordinary shares representing 0.04% equity stake to existing shareholders of Forte Oil Plc at N66.25.
 
Shareholders who wish to accept the offer to sell part or all of their holdings in Forte Oil at the proposed Offer Price of N66.25 to Ignite Investments and Commodities Ltd are required to complete the ACCEPTANCE FORM BY CLICKING and send the completed form to us for onward submission to Company’s registrars.
