Equities Market
· The Nigerian Equity Bourse recorded an upward swing, as NSE ASI and Market capitalization both increased by 0.17% to 27,568.91 Index Points and N14.362 Tr respectively. Year-to-Date ASI is still at a positive of 2.71%.
· Number of trade and Volume of trade both increased by 18.68% and 67.15% to 4187 and 484.992 Million while Value of trade decreased by 28.56% to 3.590 Billion respectively.
· AIICO & IKEJAHOTEL topped the gainers’ table percentage price change by 10.00%, while LAWUNION & SFSREIT led the losers’ chart with percentage price change by -10.00%.
· Market breadth was negative with Nineteen (19) price gainers and Ten (10) price losers.
